All paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Panorama for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@panorama.sh within 7 days of your purchase. Please include the email address associated with your Panorama account. That is all we need to process your refund.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

After the 7-day window

After the 7-day guarantee period, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods after the initial 7-day window.

Free tier

The free tier is free forever and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.
