Panorama is an AI-powered platform for patent search and draft generation. We help users search research papers and patents, discover white spaces, and generate filing-ready patent application drafts.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Panorama cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

Intellectual property

You own the search results, discoveries, and patent drafts generated through your use of Panorama. Panorama owns the platform, its design, code, branding, and underlying technology. You may not copy or replicate the platform itself.

Payment terms

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis through Dodo Payments. You can choose monthly or annual billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Panorama will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
